4th Of July

On the 4th of July we will be meeting at the church at 6:00 to go over to the Carlin’s house to play some volleyball and water balloon volleyball at 6:30. You will need to bring tennis shoes and a beach towel with you. We will play games until 8 or so then go eat at Wendy;s off of Union. At that time you can either have your parents pick you up at Wendy’s or come with us to climb Dinosaur Ridge (bring a head lamp or flashlight) to watch fireworks at Bandamere Speedway. As for what time we will be done is unsure because all we know is that Bandamere said they will start the fireworks sometime after 9:30. Once we are headed back to the church you can call your parents to pick you up.
Wed. Night July - 2

You are invited to a church-wide VBS kick-off picnic this Wednesday night at 6:30 pm at Foothills Park down the hill from the church. Bring your dinner. Drinks and brownies provided. We will be promoting our VBS to the neighbors and there will be a prayer walk for blessings on this VBS and the neighborhood.
Faith In Action

Sunday night we are going to do some different service projects together. We will meet here at the church at 6:00 (eat dinner before you come). We will be splitting into 2 different groups. One group will be going out to pick up trash to raise money for our Mexico trip & the other group will be doing some work for Dry Bones. We will all meet up afterwards for dessert at Ben & Jerry’s. Your parents can pick you up @the church at 9:15’ish.
